Our group classes offer the perfect mix of intimate coaching, accountability and the camaraderie experienced with training alongside others. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program for all individuals regardless of age, experience, or limitation. Classes consist of varied functional movements that are scaled to your level of fitness. With a low coach to member ratio, all members receive hands on coaching throughout each class.

YOGA FOR CROSSFITTERS

Come improve your mobility and recover from your workouts with this class.  Whether you are a beginner or an seasoned yogi, you will enjoy this personalized yoga that is customized around your workouts from the week!

ENDURANCE

Focus on your conditioning and improve your fitness with this exciting class! These cardio based classes allow you to improve your endurance without any of the boredom of traditional cardio.

Whether you are a seasoned triathlete or just trying to complete your first 5k, this class will help you reach your goals!

CROSSFIT KIDS

Instill the love of fitness in your kids! During CrossFit 1607 Kids’ classes, your children will build fitness skills, learn about healthy nutrition, and participate in games, exciting workouts, and team building activities.

Professional coaching, nutrition education, and confidence building activities create this exciting and unique class experience! These classes are appropriate for athletes of ALL fitness levels.

PRIVATE COACHING

Private Coaching is one of the more popular services that our members have the option of at CrossFit 1607. This 1-on-1 training scenario provides a private and more intimate experience for anyone looking to make a change to their health and fitness. If you feel like our CrossFit group classes are a bit too advanced for you to start with, this would be the perfect way to start your fitness journey. With this service, you’re in control of your training agenda and schedule. You determine when you workout and each session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level. If you’re interested in Private Coaching, fill out our Contact Form and one of our coaches will contact you to set up an initial consultation and fitness assessment.

NUTRITION COACHING

Are you looking to boost your performance, improve your health, and see more results? Improving your nutrition is the missing piece to your success! Through nutrition coaching, you will receive an initial assessment, an individualized nutrition program, as well as daily progress monitoring and feedback.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Looking for a unique birthday experience? Hold your next party at CrossFit 1607!
Each CrossFit 1607 Birthday party includes:

• Exclusive use of the CrossFit 1607 space for 1.5 hours
• Personal Birthday Coach for every 10 kids (each child after 10 is an additional fee)
• One hour Coach led group activities and games.
• Party is customized to your child’s desires, including games, activities and themes!
• 30 minutes Parent supervised present opening/cake eating (cake supplied by parent) with party host helping out.
