CrossFit 1607 has an official GORUCK sponsored club which meets every Saturday morning at 0700 to ruck (walking with weight) as a means to enhance overall fitness. The ruck club hosts several fitness events throughout the year to honor veterans and periodically supports various philanthropic causes. They also train for GORUCK sponsored events including The Star Course and Challenge events and additional information regarding these events can be found on the GORUCK.com website. Participation in CrossFit 1607 ruck club does not require a CrossFit 1607 membership and no fee is required to get started. Private Coaching is one of the more popular services that our members have the option of at CrossFit 1607. This 1-on-1 training scenario provides a private and more intimate experience for anyone looking to make a change to their health and fitness. If you feel like our CrossFit group classes are a bit too advanced for you to start with, this would be the perfect way to start your fitness journey. With this service, you’re in control of your training agenda and schedule. You determine when you workout and each session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level.
