Outside of the typical CrossFit classes, CrossFit 1607 offers many other services including personal training, individualized strength and conditioning programs for whatever your goals are, CrossFit Endurance classes, CrossFit classes designed for younger populations, and also a run/ruck club.”

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout.

What is your drop-in policy?

$25 per class and must complete online or in-person waiver

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more then crossfit?

Yes! We also offer Hyrox classes that provide a high intensity workout with simplified movements, as well as Practical Weightlifting classes, open gym and personal training.
