run club
Join our Run Club on Saturday mornings and build endurance, confidence, and community one stride at a time. Each session combines purposeful running workouts — from intervals and tempo runs to longer endurance sessions — designed to improve speed, stamina, and overall running efficiency.
Led by experienced coach, Roddy Broome, Run Club is open to all paces and experience levels. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, improving your conditioning for sport, or just want to enjoy running with a supportive group, this is the perfect place to train and have fun doing it.
Practical Weightlifting
Basic weightlifting class built around basic motor patterns using barbells & dumbbells that aim to build strength & muscle that is functional for everyday life. All fitness levels welcome – every workout can be scaled.
ruck club
Build strength, endurance, and grit with our Ruck Club — where fitness meets purpose. Rucking combines weighted backpack walking with teamwork and functional movement to deliver a low-impact, full-body workout that challenges both body and mind.
Led by experienced coach, Roddy Broome, each Saturday morning session focuses on improving aerobic capacity, posture, and core stability while fostering camaraderie through shared effort. Expect a mix of steady-state rucks, interval efforts, and functional strength elements — all adaptable to your fitness level and pack weight.
