Our coach-led group fitness class is for everyone! We use a combination of cardio, bodyweight and weights to maximize your hour with us. The workouts are different every day with a huge emphasis on getting you started safely whatever your current age or ability.
Sports Performance
Looking to take your sport performance to the next level? Interested in pursuing your sport in college or professionally? This program is for you. We specialize in strength and conditioning training for athletes, both individuals, groups, and teams to help you prepare and excel in your sport.
Personal Training
This 1-on-1 training scenario provides a private and more intimate experience for anyone looking to make a change to their health and fitness. With this service, you’re in control of your training agenda and schedule. You determine when you workout and each session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level.
Ruck Club
CrossFit 1607 has an official GORUCK sponsored club which meets every Saturday morning at 0700 to ruck (walking with weight) as a means to enhance overall fitness. The ruck club hosts several fitness events throughout the year to honor veterans and periodically supports various philanthropic causes. They also train for GORUCK sponsored event
Endurance
Focus on your conditioning and improve your fitness with this exciting class! These cardio based classes allow you to improve your endurance without any of the boredom of traditional cardio. Whether you are a seasoned triathlete or just trying to complete your first 5k, this class will help you reach your goals!
Nutrition Coaching
Are you looking to boost your performance, improve your health, and see more results? Improving your nutrition is the missing piece to your success! Through nutrition coaching, you will receive an initial assessment, an individualized nutrition program, as well as daily progress monitoring and feedback.
Fitness Racing
Fitness racing is functional fitness training in which the events (distances and movements) never change. This idea can be expressed through two organizations. HYROX and Spartan DEKA. We are proud to become the first gym in Virginia to become an official HYROX affiliate gym! In addition, we are the first gym in Williamsburg to become an official SPARTAN DEKA affiliate gym!

When you start at CrossFit 1607, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start!
Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts.
Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire.
